All of the sessions on the app are recorded by John McMahon, a UK-based Master Hypnotist and leading mindfulness practitioner. John is passionate about helping people to achieve their very best, and this app is another vehicle to aid in that. All of the sessions have been written, and recorded by John and most of them last about 30-40 minutes. The programs stream directly from our server, so there's no need to use up precious memory on your device.

I first found John's amazing programs when he launched a pretty cool website some years ago. Of course I downloaded all of his programs, but as technology moves on, I switched computers etc, so I didn't have them any more. I was so thrilled when I found out about this app. Now I have them all whenever I want, it's so convenient. I can't say enough about John's programs, they are just great. I have used them for weight loss, relaxation, and concentration. They work so well, and I just love them.
I suffered from OCD for many many years. I'm not talking about what most people think of as OCD, like having to straighten papers or wash my hands. Mine was so severe I hardly left the house.
When a friend told me about MyMindfulness, I immediately signed up and gave it a go. It has been amazing. I mean really amazing. I have left the house for the first time in maybe 10 years. These programs are life changing. I'd pay whatever it cost, but this app is cheap. I can't wait to see what new programs are coming!
I've been interested in mindfulness and finding inner peace for a long time. The problem I've found is that there are so many mediocre websites and apps out there, it's hard to find good ones. Having tried many of them, I can tell you that MyMindfulness is top notch. I'm so grateful for you guys launching this app. I love it, thank you! I've found that listening to these programs when I have a spare half hour is helping me find true inner peace. I can focus on the moment I'm in. This is really what mindfulness is all about.
